This is great. AT&T won’t appeal the decision, so he won. Matt has a web site with some documents he used in his lawsuit. I tipped him $5 because the video above (from his site) was awesome. I happened to be throttled right now for the second time, which is so annoying when I’m paying for unlimited data.
