Secret Underwater Bases Pt.1

I read his book several years ago and found it interesting. He speculates about what might exist based on information available. What might exist is an isolated world of humans living in underground facilities built in part with money from our black budget. I first got into this idea by playing ZORK, the Great Underground Empire.
